Digital Udyog Seva Noncompete Agreement

In order to protect our business interests and maintain a fair and competitive business environment, we require all employees, contractors, and partners to adhere to the terms of our Noncompete Agreement. 1. Introduction
This Noncompete Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Digital Udyog Seva (“Company”) and the undersigned individual or entity (“Employee” or “Contractor”) for the purpose of safeguarding the Company’s trade secrets, confidential information, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
2. Noncompete Restrictions
